Product Introduction:
GS series refrigeration oill is a refrigeration compressor oil formulated from highly refined naphthenic oil. Can be used in large industrial refrigeration equipment and small domestic refrigeration compressors.
Performance:
Chemical stability: does not chemically interact with refrigerants or other materials present in the system
Thermal stability: does not accumulate excessive carbon deposits in high temperature areas such as drain valves
Low wax content: prevents the oil/refrigerant mixture from forming a flocculent waxy precipitate at the low temperature of the system
Low pour point: prevents precipitation of oil from solidifying in the pipeline
High dielectric strength: ensures good insulation properties. In a hermetic unit, the oil/refrigerant mixture acts as an insulator between the motor and the compressor.
Moderate viscosity: Although diluted by the refrigerant, it can still have a high strength oil flm under extremely high temperature operating conditions. At the same time, it maintains good fluidity at extremely low temperatures.
No pollution: prevent abrasion of bearing surfaces, blockage of pipes and premature aging
Application:
GS is best suited for HCFC refrigerants (R-22, R-502), natural refrigerants (R-600, R-717, R-290) and CFC refrigerants (R-12); available viscosity range : ISO VG 12-VG 100: Can be used in various compressors such as reciprocating, rotary, scroll, and turbo.
